David has been a Composer, Singer and Choral Director for over thirty years and he is a member of the Association of British Choral Directors.
He studied composition, privately, with Nicholas Keyworth and in the Composers' Workshop, at the University of Bristol, under John Pickard and Jolyon Laycock.
David is currently working on several works including his his Third String Quartet and his First Symphony.
David's Anthem 'Bring us, O Lord God' for SATB choir, which was written in memory of our late Queen Elizabeth II, is being workshopped in Bristol on 12th March 2025.
